About us

Coldwater Manor is a 39 bed facility in Stratford, Texas. The facility was opened in 1964 and has been in operation ever since. Together with the Elk Pharmacy, Stratford Medical Clinic, and Emergency Medical Services we make up the Stratford Hospital District. We have one of the highest staff to resident ratios in the area and a secured unit for those needing extra attention.
